Storage runs in your browser. Files use the same on-disk layout as the desktop apps so you can point either at the same folder.

Your browser doesn't expose the File System Access API. We're falling back to OPFS — your data stays sandboxed inside the browser and won't be visible to other apps. Use Chrome, Edge, or Opera to point at a real folder.

GitHub remote

Connect to a GitHub repo as the active store. Files are written via the Contents API in the same on-disk layout, so the desktop apps can clone the repo and read the same data.

Use your GitHub account — no personal access tokens, no copy-paste. You'll approve the PrimeStamp OAuth app once, then pick a repo.

Identities

Ed25519 keys generated locally via WebCrypto and saved as plaintext JSON in identities/<name>.json, the same shape ~/.primestamp/ uses on the desktop.
